Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with Eaton businesses to identify and evaluate enhancement opportunities. Translate business needs into functional specifications, secure necessary approvals, and prioritize enhancements based on impact and feasibility. Support testing and deployment of new capabilities into the production environment.
Lead the development and execution of post-deployment support strategies including ongoing training, continuous process improvement, and user engagement. Proactively anticipate and resolve issues to ensure long-term success of Kinaxis demand planning capabilities.
Coordinate post-deployment communications related to demand planning updates, including system changes, process refinements, and incident resolutions. Kinaxis certification a plus.
Experience in a Center of Excellence or enterprise planning environment.

Minimum 7 years in Supply Chain Planning or Operations Management (SIOP, Demand Planning, Supply & Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management, Inventory management, Supplier Collaboration).
Supply Chain & Demand Planning Knowledge: Strong understanding of forecasting processes, planning parameters, and SIOP frameworks in a global manufacturing environment.

Enhancement Planning: Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, prioritizing enhancements, and supporting deployment of new capabilities.
