Execution of Dominion Energy's compliance audit preparations, schedules and logistics within the business area upon notification of an official compliance audit from regulatory and reliability entities (FERC, NERC, REs).
Participation in NERC working groups to stay abreast of pending changes to standards and compliance requirements.
Development and administration of training programs to ensure successful implementation and advocacy of a NERC compliance culture within Dominion Energy.
Partnering with compliance attorneys and other Dominion Energy registered entities to minimize legal and regulatory compliance risks.
Providing honest, candid, and timely responses to appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and responsible management.
Overseeing the content management of all documents and files within internal SharePoint platform and maintain page content and directories.
Preparing and presenting periodic reports to executives.
Coordination, scheduling, and implementation of ongoing internal self-audit process to ensure continuous audit readiness within the business area.
Assess, identify, and prioritize NERC compliance risks based on federal, national and regional requirements.
Responsible for successfully leading complex special projects, as assigned.
Staying abreast of industry trends and participating in NERC working groups to be a source of best-practice and design, communicate, and administer NERC compliance programs.
Administration and ongoing development of Power BI and Power Automate data management systems for compliance entries and tracking.
Recommending content, implementation strategies, and specific actions to support for Dominion Energy compliance program initiatives.

5-6+ years of directly related experience.
Technical understanding of the systems and modifications at the stations for review and NERC Operations and Planning compliance verification.
Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal, oral, written communication and presentation skills (including public speaking).
Compliance experience required.
Clear understanding of the company's organizational structure.
Skilled in interpreting compliance requirements and translating them into actionable procedures, job aids, reports, and record-keeping systems.
Respectful assertiveness, to ensure compliance requirements are met by others, while considering the spirit and letter of standards.
Ability to be diplomatic and persuasive.
Experienced with the use and administration of data automation and management software tools such as Power Automate and Power BI.
Comprehensive understanding of the NERC Operations & Planning compliance regulations and ability to individually implement them and manage program objectives.
Ability to research and understand customer issues.
Strong interpersonal skills including team leadership and consensus-building.
Experienced with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions.
Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.
Knowledgeable of the NERC CIP compliance regulations and ability to support and track program objectives.
Strong project management, organizational, scheduling, and coordination skills.
