We are seeking entry‑level field technicians to support critical electrical infrastructure projects in Virginia. This hands‑on role focuses on transformer testing and equipment maintenance, starting as an apprenticeship with opportunities for long‑term career growth.
- 2-year degree with electrical theory
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to crawl, climb, stand, and lift up to 50 lb (with accommodations)
- Pass a fit‑for‑duty exam
- Availability for regular overnight domestic travel and occasional international travel
- Willingness to travel up to 75 % as needed
- Basic understanding of electrical principles
- Familiarity with transformer testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
