  • The Service Coordination Supervisor will lead a hybrid team of Service Coordinators to achieve operational excellence and ensure world-class service delivery. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to drive strategy, coordinate daily activities, and implement proven solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • As a working supervisor, you will lead, coach, and supervise a team of Service Coordinators, helping to ensure alignment with operational goals and performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify, develop, and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer happiness.
  • Evaluating the performance of team members.
  • Perform administrative duties, including time-off and payroll approvals, budget planning discussions, and corporate credit card expense authorizations.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members.
  • Address complicated customer issues and ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service quality and response time.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal management.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working with ERP systems; prior experience with Epicor is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • The ability to adhere to company policies and successfully implement improvement strategies.
  • An academic background in management, business administration, or a related field, or ideally 5+ years' experience in team leadership, service coordination, or customer service management.
