The Procurement Technician role at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. is an in‑office position reporting to the Pre‑Production Manager, with a Monday‑Friday schedule. This position serves as the backbone of the pre‑production process, ensuring installations run smoothly and projects stay on time and on budget.
- Review sales contracts and spec sheets for material accuracy and scope.
- Identify missing information or product errors and resolve them with Pre‑site Techs and managers.
- Prepare and submit product orders to vendors, ensuring correct pricing and purchase orders.
- Enter sales orders into Acumatica, generate purchase orders, and maintain audit‑ready job files.
- Process Work Order Changes quickly and distribute updates to production teams.
- Coordinate with vendors to track materials, confirm costs, and address delivery issues.
- Communicate effectively with sales, production, and management teams.
- Meet department productivity and quality goals while keeping accurate records.
- Handle return‑to‑vendor requests and other assigned procurement duties.

- Energetic, patient, and calm under pressure.
- High school diploma required; college coursework a plus.
- Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs occasionally; capable of sitting, standing, reaching, and using hands/arms.
- Pass a criminal background check.
