Conduct daily activities including - Make high volume of calls per day, follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads), and maintain Salesforce records
Track: You will build lists of prospects, leads and sales efforts in the CRM system.
Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business
Create new business opportunities: You will build our business by following up on all inbound leads, proactive outbound to hunt for new logos and markets, sales enquiries, and marketing responses.
Drive: You will drive your pipeline, following our sales process. From account analysis, prospecting, proposal and project planning, presentations, and ongoing support throughout the sales cycle. You will support and promote the ARGUS Software name and products.
Cultivate the territory: You will build relationships. You will proactively qualify clients while continuously nurturing new and existing relationships with clients and colleagues.
Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business
Sell the brand and sell the solution.
Engage CRE professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Real Estate
Previous experience in Software Sales and closing deals >$5k
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Close the deals: You will use your experience in process building and complex problem solving combined with your winning attitude, to close multiple 5-15K deals a month.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
