Develop, review, and negotiate construction and other long-term project-based contracts.
Lead the development, update and administration of contract templates.
Handle special projects and support continuous improvement of legal department standard work, knowledge management, and processes.
Directly negotiate commercial terms and conditions of contract with third parties.
Collaborate with business leaders, discussing contracts under internal delegation of authority and contract management guidelines.
Analyze data from contract management tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
Implement, review, and improve guidelines for contract management and conduct training sessions for staff on contract management.
Use legal tech and contract management software to streamline contract processes.
Assist in the development, negotiation, and execution of RFPs, third party nondisclosure agreements, R&D agreements, leasing agreements, supplier agreements, services agreements, distributor and commissioned sales representative agreements, and other product or project specific agreements.

Prior intellectual property, cybersecurity, and data privacy negotiation experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS 365 suite, SharePoint, or other enterprise document and file management tools.
Bachelor's Degree in law or business administration, or certification in Paralegal Studies and strong legal contracts experience or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Prior government contracting experience preferred.
Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
Respectful and team oriented
Minimum 3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated contracts is required; preferably in a large global environment.
