- Ensure that all transactions comply with the department’s policies and procedures.
- Research purchase orders, vendor payments, and outstanding issues.
- Monitoring of AP inbox.
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service with all project managers, approvers, and vendors.
- Process various batches with minimal supervision and a high level of accuracy, ensuring all deadlines are met.

- Understand the AP processes. troubleshoot, research, and solve issues.

- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience.
- Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Able to work on-site in Franklin, TN.
- Strong work ethic and a quick learner.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
