  • Oversee the delivery of planning and environmental approvals (through inception to delivery) for both Local and State Significant developments.
  • Travelling within NSW to undertake client meetings, site visits and regulator meetings.
  • Deliver planning analysis via a commercially astute lens to confidently deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews and mentoring/development of junior staff.
  • Lead and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects.
  • Work closely with the Management Team to drive team and company growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the existing strengths of the Planning Team and broader SLR Technical Teams, to ensure the right opportunities can be won.

  • 15+ years’ hands on experience with tertiary qualifications in town planning or equivalent.
  • NSW REAP Accreditation, with experience in delivering NSW State Significant Development Applications
  • Highly proficient in business, client and project development.
  • Have previously undertaken a senior / leadership role within a consulting environment
