The Archibus Project Advisor will support a large‑scale IT development initiative, providing high‑level project coordination, requirements development, technical guidance, and stakeholder engagement to modernize Archibus. The incumbent will oversee implementation and enhancement of modules such as Parking, Event Management, Enterprise Asset Management, and future platform capabilities.
The role involves coordinating project activities, gathering requirements, overseeing testing and deployment, and communicating status to senior leadership through presentations and briefings.
The position is part of the Management Consulting job family and may require up to 10% travel. It requires an active Secret clearance and is classified as a senior role within the Department of State’s Archibus system of record for domestic space management.
Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least ten years of professional experience, including four years of Archibus implementation. Experience managing large‑scale IT projects for the Department of State or comparable federal agencies and a strong background in enterprise system development and coordination are required.
Additional desirable experience includes implementing or managing Archibus modules such as Assets, Capital Projects, Preventative Maintenance, or Parking. The salary range is $113,000–$188,000, with compensation determined by factors such as skill set, experience, clearance, and certifications.
