Coordinate and review deliverables from consultants and subcontractors.
Participate in all stages of project development: Concept, Basic, FEED, Detail Design, and Commissioning until final handover.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers.
Proactively suggest design optimizations and cost-effective solutions for facility structures.
To execute structural engineering design and analysis for onshore oil & gas facilities, ensuring safety, integrity, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and structural integrity assessments.
Support procurement through preparation/review of structural specifications and bid evaluations.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards including IBC, AISC, OSHA, and oil & gas-specific design norms.
Interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design and smooth coordination.
Participate in project planning, scheduling, and client-facing technical discussions.
Conduct and review structural analysis, G.A. drawings, foundation designs, and support calculations using STAAD. Pro and other tools.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years' experience in Oil & Gas industry structural engineering.

Must be proactive, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced project environment.
Proven ability to execute structural designs with team and deliver results on time.
Ready and available for short-term assignments in the US or Europe as per project needs.
