Engage directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and QA/QC closeouts.
Lead day-to-day branch operations and mentor your team for growth and retention.
Drive strategic growth and align operations with sales goals.
Manage full P&L and ensure the financial health of the branch.
Oversee administrative tasks, payroll, and operational systems. Ensure top-notch quality by monitoring subcontractor performance.

Comfortable with a 50/50 field-office split and leading from the front.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
HSA and FSA programs
Familiarity with Google Suite; training provided for Salesforce, Coupa, and Tableau.
P&L management experience.
Hands-on experience in operations or service-based management.
Experience in Facilities Services/Facilities Maintenance preferred
