Review leases and work with our third-party real estate broker to negotiate favorable terms.
Facilitate additional onboarding documents by working with operations and safety to streamline the process for Customer approval.
Oversee and manage the paperwork associated with ~40 leases across North America.
Work closely with Operations, Accounting, and our third-party real estate broker to facilitate locating new locations, sub-leasing, extending, or terminating current leases.
Manage the onboarding process from start to finish and confirm compliance with Company requirements.

Bachelor's degree in legal studies, paralegal, business administration, or a related field is required. A paralegal certificate or law degree is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a contracts-focused role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or telecommunications industries. Specific experience with upstream and downstream contracts for wireless, fiber, or broadband deployment projects is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Potential to assist with employee and corporate matters related to acquisitions, licensing, and company growth.
Working knowledge of legal terminology and legal writing.
NDA review and markup
