Manage and lead large, diverse, multidisciplinary project teams during the pursuit and final design of projects.

Prepare subconsultants scope, pricing and other necessary design execution stipulations. Monitor performance of subconsultants work.
Represent Kiewit’s design team and develop effective relationships with the construction and client teams.
Monitor, control and communicate schedule, quality, financial, and commercial performance.
Develop staffing plans and challenging but achievable design budgets and schedules, set expectations, and execute according to plan.

Strong technical background in at least one of the disciplines common to infrastructure projects
