Description

• Perform general administrative office duties and support operations
• Process billing and client invoicing
• Enter time for payroll within set timelines
• Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports
• Assist accounting with customer account reconciliations, tracking, and follow‑ups
• Maintain effective communication with all employees
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, policies, and standards
• Uphold company policies, mission, vision, and values
• Stay informed of internal communications and company developments

Requirements

• Diploma or higher; post‑secondary education is an asset
• Minimum 2 years of basic accounting and invoicing experience
• Trucking industry experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong time management and customer service skills
