Providing outstanding service and protection to customers
The position may work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, not limited to heat, cold, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
If necessary, in the field, stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions; employee lifts pushes, pulls, or carries objects.
Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging.
Inspect work zone to confirm proper placement of signs, barricades, and other traffic control devices to comply with state regulations
Set up, Maintain, and remove traffic control devices, while monitoring work zones to ensure safe traffic flow and proper placement of lane closures
Assist with planning, and carrying out traffic control operations
Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe.
Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices.
Position may lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds.

Valid state driver's license
Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots
Accustomed to working in all types of weather, and in traffic.
Familiarity with a client-based schedule
TCT/TCS Certification preferred
Minimum of 1 year driving experience or comparable driving experience(TMA, Box Truck, construction hauling etc.)
1+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate or related field
OSHA 10/OSHA 30 a plus
Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day
2+ years previous experience in an outdoor labor setting, i.e., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator
Able to Read and Interpret Blueprints preferred
Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving vehicles, and occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites.
Ability to lift 60 lbs.

Competitive Pay: $19.50-$21/hr. Overtime opportunities. Starting pay may increase based on experience
