- Design civil and transport infrastructure drainage systems, including hydrological and hydraulic analyses.
- Provide technical expertise for stormwater quality systems, piped networks, and major transverse drainage structures.
- Promote a digital work environment and coordinate with CAD/BIM/3‑D modeling teams.
- Conduct hydraulic and system design to meet site‑specific requirements and apply stormwater management principles.
- Develop innovative, value‑engineered solutions and apply knowledge of biological and physical stormwater processes.
- Supervise, mentor, and support intermediate and junior engineers; lead projects, manage client relationships, and obtain design approvals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Hydrology, or Water Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of water engineering experience, including stormwater drainage design for civil and transport projects.
- At least 6 years of UAE/GCC experience and familiarity with Dubai Municipality design standards.
- Proficiency in hydrology and hydraulics principles and modeling software (SWMM, HEC‑RAS, HEC‑HMS, Infoworks ICM 1D/2D).
- Strong GIS and CAD skills (ArcMap, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation) and ability to produce calculation sheets.
- Knowledge of Water Sensitive Design and Sustainable Drainage Design (SuDS).
- Master’s degree in Water Engineering or Hydrology (preferred).
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) qualification or progress toward it.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Team‑player attitude with ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within timelines.
