The Baker Hughes Digital Technology team is seeking a Change Management Leader to drive change for a large‑scale, enterprise‑wide AI value delivery program. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to assess impact, and to prepare and equip them for mindset, behavior, process, and technology changes.
In this position you will design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with program goals, manage stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels, and conduct impact and readiness assessments to guide planning and risk mitigation.
You will also create targeted communication and engagement plans, partner with Learning & Development to deliver training, identify adoption risks and implement mitigation strategies, and define success metrics to monitor progress and report outcomes to leadership.
Success in this role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development or a related field (master’s preferred), at least eight years of program management experience, and a Prosci, CCMP or equivalent certification. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, are essential.
Baker Hughes offers flexible working patterns, including flexible hours and remote work options for non‑Houston locations, to support work‑life balance.
The company values its people, investing in health and well‑being, talent development, and inclusive culture, and offers a comprehensive benefits package with medical care, life insurance, disability coverage, financial programs and voluntary benefits.
