- Communicate effectively internally and externally
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- 10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for worksites, client meetings, and conferences
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the country without sponsorship
- Occasional out‑of‑town and overnight travel for professional development or project work
