- Interpret project requirements, ensure safety compliance
- Support installation activities: supervise subcontractors, system start‑up, commissioning, customer training
- Validate network functionality, provide programming support, certify operation with documentation
- Collaborate with Project Manager and installation team to coordinate activities
- Participate in design‑phase discussions and provide site‑specific feedback
- Attend on‑site construction coordination meetings as needed
- Develop and maintain installation punch list prior to project close‑out

Candidates should bring 2–4 years of experience with commercial BAS/HVAC equipment, a solid grasp of BMS systems, electronic troubleshooting, and a strong customer focus while working safely within construction environments.
- 2–4 years experience with commercial BAS/HVAC equipment maintenance
- Experience with BMS systems and building controls (Schneider EcoStruxure a plus preferred)
- Proficiency in electronic systems, troubleshooting, estimating, and handling complexity
- Good understanding of construction methods and strong customer orientation

- Salary $75,000–$110,000+ based on experience
