- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- Experience managing others
- Knowledge of RealPage products preferred, including OneSite, YieldStar, Lead2Lease and Ops Technology.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable with high-volume traffic
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
- Onesite property management software experience.
- Have knowledge of property management policies and procedures; to include fair housing
- Lease-up experience
- Experience: Minimum of two years of leasing in residential property management or related experience or combination of education and experience.
- Have a “people person”, outgoing and compassionate personality with the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
- Possess strong sales skills and great customer service.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) - preferred
- Able to work Saturdays and Sundays, required
