Collaborate with IT on configuration, updates, licences, and security compliance.
Monitor performance and ensure all screens are operational and engaging.
Oversee daily operations of all meeting room AV systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, and control systems.
Manage and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms devices and associated hardware.
Liaise with vendors and support partners for escalations, repairs, and upgrades.
Ensure high production quality and smooth delivery.
Implement and manage digital or QR-based feedback tools for meeting rooms and AV experiences.
Analyse feedback data to identify recurring issues and areas for enhancement.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track:
Support Teams-based live events, webinars, and hybrid meetings.
Coordinate with Communications and People teams to publish relevant content.
Provide AV setup and live support for internal events, town halls, leadership meetings, and hybrid sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues promptly to minimise disruption.
Provide user training and onboarding on AV tools and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Coordinate AV logistics including microphones, cameras, streaming, and recording.
