The primary purpose of this role is to lead the transformation, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise‑wide leadership development strategy, ensuring a strong pipeline of current and future leaders. The position partners with Talent Management and Organizational Development teams to align priorities and maintain strategic consistency across all leadership programs.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Organizational Learning and Leadership Development, the role collaborates with peers in talent acquisition, inclusion, and operating‑company HR to deliver “One Exelon” solutions and oversees shared resources, budget approval, and cost management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and brings 7‑10 years of experience in leadership development, instructional design, and talent management, with strong project management, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills. The role also offers opportunities to rotate into strategic workforce planning, organizational learning, and succession planning functions.
