Manage tasks and priorities efficiently while adapting to changes in production requirements.
Communicate technical information effectively internally and with clients.
Define and construct test setups to measure VSWR, Insertion Loss, Group Delay, and Phase Variation for passive filtering products.
Test and optimize Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) such as Bi-Directional and Tower Mounted amplifiers for public safety and carrier applications.
Document new designs to ensure repeatability for future orders.
Follow test procedures and complete comprehensive test reports for tested products.
Perform RF testing using Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Noise Figure Meters, and other testing equipment.
Troubleshoot and optimize discrete Power Amplifier Modules and Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) during both prototype and production stages.
Define and construct test setups to measure VSWR, Gain, Group Delay, Phase Variation, IP3, P3dB compression points, Noise Figure, and Harmonics for narrow and broad band high power amplifiers.

Strong skills in board repair, electronics, and soldering.
Proficiency in component level troubleshooting and testing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.
Experience with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other laboratory test equipment.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in testing and optimizing active/passive discrete RF components.
Proficiency in English for reading and speaking.
Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating procedures.
Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering diagrams.
Read and understand electronic and mechanical blueprints.
