Install new automatic door systems, including frames, rails, openers, and control systems, according to blueprints and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on various automatic door systems, including sliding, swinging, and revolving doors.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, building relationships, and explaining maintenance procedures.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for installations and repairs.

Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in various environments (indoors and outdoors), and climb ladders.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring diagrams, control panels, and sensors.
Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks across job sites to meet project deadlines.
AAADM Swing and Slide Door Inspector Certified, required.
Proven ability to effectively collaborate with team members across all levels of the organization.
8-10 years of experience with automatic door systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and familiarity with relevant safety standards.
Laptop Computer/Tablet
Significant field and client interactions on construction job sites, which may require prolonged periods of standing, walking and/or climbing stairs.
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
Exposure to variety of temperature and weather conditions.
