The Marketing Coordinator will oversee marketing assignments from concept through development to final presentation. This role requires strong verbal and written communication, project‑management acumen, analytical insight, creativity, and technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and social‑media platforms. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and vendors is essential to achieve shared goals.
Successful candidates must be comfortable working with Business Development personnel, executives, and officers, continually adjusting content based on feedback. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is required, with Oracle experience preferred. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a positive attitude under time pressure is critical.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and at least two years of marketing or communications experience—preferably in the A/E/C industry—are required. Candidates should demonstrate proven project‑management ability, event and campaign support experience, and excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Travel up to 10 % may be required for tradeshows, events, or internal meetings.

The position is primarily office‑based with extended periods of sitting, computer work, and occasional lifting up to 30 lb.
