Champion jobsite safety effort, motivating the onsite team in the implementation of McCarthy Safety Guidelines. Perform Monthly Project Director Safety Inspection.
Serve as a liaison between the office and field. Foster company spirit and enthusiasm, pride of work, accountability for actions and support field staff training and growth.
Oversee mechanical review planning efforts, ensure plans are thorough and address all project risks.
Review and approve the Chart of Accounts
Generate general conditions and work with Preconstruction Director to ensure necessary project staffing is coordinated.
Lead constructability reviews and development of project execution plan.
Manage monthly/quarterly/year end profit projections with the Project Manager. Review projections with VP Ops and Business Unit Leaders. Maintain a thorough understanding of internal/external contingency amounts and use authorizations
