Manage project scope, track milestones, and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Review shop drawings, prepare specifications, and support permitting processes.
Develop space needs programs, building layouts, BIM models, construction documents, and detailed design solutions.
Research and apply building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
Serve as Architect of Record on small projects.
Support business development, client relationship management, and project proposal preparation.
Conduct site visits, field investigations, and construction observation.
Mentor designers, technicians, and interns while contributing to quality assurance efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including civil, structural, MEP/FP, and contractors.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Experience preparing construction documents and performing field observation.
Ability to work across multiple projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
AIA membership preferred; industry certifications encouraged.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of building materials, specifications, construction methods, and building/zoning codes.
5+ years of architectural experience.
Licensed Architect in MN.
