Provide strategic support and guidance to the team and other internal groups to ensure the needs, interests, and priorities of Indigenous communities are understood and considered in GFL Environmental Services projects and operations.
Represent the company in both Indigenous communities and public settings in a professional and skillful manner.
Lead and manage relationships with Indigenous groups, fostering economic development and social programs.
Support the team and wider business by managing issues, resolving problems, and ensuring that priorities are met and escalations are handled quickly and effectively.

3-5 years of experience in Indigenous Relations is preferred.
Flexible and able to adapt to a fluid travel schedule.
