The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Representative will partner with the Plant Manager and site leaders to lead a cultural transformation focused on safety and health within supply‑chain logistics. This role is responsible for developing training, conducting audits, managing compliance, and promoting the ADS safety culture throughout the plant.
- Develop and deliver safety training and materials
- Monitor completion of computer‑based safety training
- Assemble and distribute safety metrics and reports
- Conduct safety audits and behavioral assessments
- Track and manage corrective actions from audits
- Ensure all safety and environmental compliance issues are current
- Serve as primary contact for EHS compliance matters
- Assist in incident investigation and follow‑up
- Mentor plant safety committees and chairperson
- Promote ADS safety culture with plant leadership
- Design, manage, and administer safety and health programs
- Conduct site facility inspections

- Expertise in fostering a strong safety culture
- Proficiency with lockout/tagout procedures
- Knowledge of root cause analysis
