Requirements

Connells, part of the UK’s leading estate agency and property services group, is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our high-performing Headington residential sales team.

• Proven estate agency management experience
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Resilience, positivity and a results-driven approach
