Serve as DoW acquisition subject matter expert in support of client office and advise client Acquisitions Manager of DoW acquisition requirements and program office needs.
Partner with client Acquisitions Manager and program office Directors to determine acquisition paths that both meet mission requirements, while reducing redundant contracts and confusion.
Provide daily direct program, analytical and acquisition management support to the Office of Business Operations.
Build and perform acquisition training for program management and project personnel
Develop specific process for the acquisition of services by each department.
Support government efforts to monitor, assess, analyze, and report on prime and vendor performance of contracts.
Develop a system of record for all contracts and disseminate information as needed.
Develop program office specific process in alignment with DoW acquisition guidelines.

Strong writing and analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Experience working with Senior Executives in the Government, preferably the DoW.
Understanding of DoW acquisition policy and program execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) is required. Proficiency in Power BI or other business intelligence tools is highly desired.
Demonstrated experience with DoW is required
Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
Highly organized.
This position requires a Master’s degree from an accredited institution and 15+ years of relevant professional experience in acquisition.
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
