Onboarding & Proficiency Ownership: Design and manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires are fully prepared, trained to proficiency, and ready for seamless transition into operations

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key advisor to Operations leadership and customers on workforce readiness, training outcomes, and future needs
Operational Partnership: Collaborate with Operations leadership to forecast staffing needs, align training capacity, and validate that trainees are fully competent before handoff
Continuous Improvement: Anticipate business and industry changes (e.g., fleet, mission, regulatory updates) and adapt training strategies accordingly

Global Wind Organization Qualified Trainer
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum development
Proven success in overseeing both training delivery teams and content development functions
Demonstrated success in leading managers and training content teams
Expertise in project management and timeline ownership, ensuring programs are delivered on time and with measurable impact
Knowledge of Global Wind Association qualification standards and ability to develop and maintain GWO Qualified training programs
Deep understanding of training compliance requirements and industry best practices
Eight (8) years or more of progressive experience in training management, with at least five (5) years or more leading managers and cross-functional teams
Certifications in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or Safety Management
Five (5) years or more of progressive experience in training management, with at least 1 year or more leading managers and cross-functional teams
Experience in renewable energy industry
