Description

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move‑in, including closing sales, completing lease documents, and inspecting apartments for a smooth experience.
• Explain property features to match prospective residents' needs.
• Create and execute marketing strategies (online posts, social media, outreach) to increase traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with potential and current residents.
• Apply problem‑solving skills and judgment to handle unpredictable situations.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the property and competitors to inform prospects.
• Build relationships with residents through courteous, timely responses to their needs.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, applications, and related bookkeeping with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan and organize resident events.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in collecting delinquent rents.
• Inspect and prepare the entire property daily for cleanliness, including office, models, vacant units, curb appeal, and amenity areas; keep work areas tidy.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements

Employment eligibility requirements: applicants must pass a background check and reference check prior to their first day to verify eligibility.

• Tech‑savvy; able to learn and use property management applications.
• Strong sales, leasing, and closing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (nice to have).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (nice to have).
