New Home Consultants enjoy unlimited earning potential, competitive commissions, paid training, a car and phone allowance, and an aggressive bonus structure. The compensation package includes a car and phone allowance, extensive training, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with a 4% match, an employee stock purchase plan, and a new‑home discount.
