Tasks

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the scheme's operation - from lettings and resident engagement to building maintenance and commercial performance. You'll lead and develop a small on-site team while ensuring residents enjoy a first-class living experience. Commercial Focus: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and report on key metrics to maximise the scheme's success. Team Leadership: Inspire and manage your on-site team to deliver consistently high standards and exceptional customer service. Operations: Oversee all property management and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance, safety, and presentation standards are met.
