Tasks

-Full cycle of selling process -Develop internal costing models -Develop market target pricing guidance -Enhances B&W’s brand recognition as a engineering and technology industry leader in the energy markets -Work closely with engineering to ensure features and benefits for target market are included in design / development phase of products -Creates and presents business cases to help secure funding to support Expanding Markets products -Creating integrated product programs that launches a new product / emerging technology into targeted markets -Develops a future “Data Center EBITDA” framework to track earnings from B&W’s diverse technology projects, as well as future licensing, royalties, and on-going service sales -Cultivates and sustains a network of customers to drive RFP opportunities based on geographic region -Assists in acceleration and deployment of present and emerging technologies -Achieves bookings goals while working closely with global Sales and Business Development teams -Identifies, develops, and positions technology around power generation in the Data Center US market -Involved with products or services in the Data Center space extraction from feedstock

What You Bring

-Capable of working to defined objectives and engaging with management when required -Strong background in marketing and business development -Understands how to reach key decision-making contacts -Participation or working knowledge of local political systems -18+ years of relevant experience -Knowledge on Data Centers legislation in local region -Familiar with developing B2B synergies -Knowledge and experience / exposure to product line management -Ability to develop and apply for funding / grants for product development -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree -Knowledge of where to find regional / national / geographic political legislation affecting Data Center direction -Displays a technical aptitude coupled with business/finance savviness -Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, and P&ID’s -Membership in key market associations -Experience in the power generation and / or industrial market sectors in local region is beneficial -Demonstrated knowledge of strategic selling -Master’s degree preferred
