What you would be doing

- Coordinates training events to include rooms, instructors, participants, registration sites, preparation of class and event engagement activities, such as surveys and polls. Orders and prepares all items necessary for a successful class/program including catering, class materials, equipment, etc.
- Proactively manages tasks to mitigate known and unexpected issues that could impact the timely and successful execution of an event or program.
- Tracks training attendance and creates multiple opportunities for employee attendance.
- Draft written communication to employees, including senior leaders.
- Provides logistical support for training classes and programs.
- Deliver provided training material to project-site employee audience in an engaging and digestible manner.
- Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
- Updates provided training materials to current branding standards.
- Provides facilitation support during live and remotely delivered classes (e.g., assist with class exercises and interactions, run virtual meetings, troubleshoot access or other technical issues for attendees and presenters).
- Coordinates, updates, and retrieves content from online repositories.

- Prior experience developing or refining learning and development content preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro, experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience supporting classes or events in person and/or virtually.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal business communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage work assignments to meet project deadlines.
- Previous experience planning events (ideally training events) for internal and/or external customers.
- Associate’s Degree or 2-year Diploma in a related field preferred.
- 4+ year experience delivering training content, or related learning experience required.
