Cash Flow Management: Responsible for monitoring cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and growth
Project Financial Management: Oversee project-based accounting (POC) including accurate job costing, participation in monthly project review meetings, analyzing project profitability, and providing insights for improvement.
Technology & Systems: Evaluate financial systems and technologies to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Risk Management: Oversee insurance programs and surety relationships, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with client & subcontractor contractual obligations.
Oversee all general ledger, accounts payable, billing and collections, and payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and compliance with external & internal requirements.
