Go Getter Commercial Interior Designer/Project Manager

Seeking a Commercial Interior Designer that knows furniture and finishes as well as how to run a small project (5,000 sf), communicate effectively with the client and HFP team for projects in the New Jersey area. The role involves client-facing, programming, site survey, concept creation, FFE selection, designing and detailing in AutoCAD and managing the clients' needs. Responsibilities include creating design concepts, overseeing the design team, managing budgets - both internally and for the client, and ensuring effective communication and customer service throughout project execution. Sketchup capabilities are a plus.

• Collaborate 4 days in office with design team in Branchburg, NJ with 1 day remote work.

• Proficiency in Budgeting (or interested in learning)
• Well organized with keen follow-up skills
• Ability to think strategically and anticipate potential issues
• 5-10 years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facility Department
• Relevant certifications or accreditations in interior design and project management are a plus
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
