Scheduling and coordination - creating and maintaining master schedules, assigning daily tasks based on workload, location, and skill set, and ensuring all services are completed on time.

The Role The Service Scheduler will be responsible for overseeing the daily scheduling of technicians across inspections, rectifications, callouts, and installations. The position requires someone who can balance efficiency, client engagement, and technician support while keeping operations running smoothly.

Record keeping - maintaining accurate logs, verifying compliance, and producing performance reports that highlight efficiency and improvement opportunities.

Problem resolution - identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, managing delays, and offering alternative solutions to both clients and technicians.

Client engagement - liaising with clients to arrange appointments, issue inspection notices, provide updates, and address queries with professionalism.

Resource optimisation - streamlining routes, reducing downtime, and making sure technicians are equipped and prepared for each task.
