The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of hands‑on maintenance experience, along with knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping practices, relevant regulations, and basic computer skills in Microsoft Office. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and using proper body mechanics, as well as the ability to respond to emergencies and assist with resident evacuations.

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Director and is a non‑exempt hourly role with a salary range of $22.00‑$23.00 per hour. The position focuses on keeping the community safe, clean, and comfortable through routine maintenance, repairs, equipment servicing, and preparation of apartments for resident move‑ins.
