Commercial Gas Engineer

Installation of new plant and equipment.

Responding to reactive call outs and fault finding on boilers and heating systems.

Carry out routine PPM tasks and reactive works in commercial and industrial properties.

Participate in an out of hours stand by rota. (Approx 1 in 14 weeks)

Have a proactive approach to problem solving and a can-do attitude.

Tablet and phone as standard – using industry leading software.

(Level 3 C&G/NVQ, COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICAE1, ICPN1 and TPC1A)

Have great communication skills to deal with end users and colleagues alike.

An enhanced DBS check will be required due to the nature of our customers.

We are looking for a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join our ever expanding team. The candidate will need to be located in the North Somerset/Bristol area, to cover North Somerset, Bath, Bristol, Chippenham, Wiltshire and Trowbridge.

Have experience of working in a commercial, field-based role.

You will hold the relevant Commercial Gas Safe qualifications, certifications and tickets

Generous salary (£45,000 - £47,000 depending on experience) and overtime at enhanced rates.

Training provided and maintained at no cost to you.

Company van and fuel card.

“On call” retainer paid at industry rate.

30 days holiday, plus an extra day for every 5 years of service.
