Produces finished plans and specifications and final acceptance or rejection of major items involving materials, equipment, manufacturer's quality and field construction results.
Serves as a job captain on single discipline projects and may serve as a job captain on multi-discipline projects.
May devise new approaches and solutions to problems encountered and communicate them to the team.
May be requested to perform project management functions.
Interprets, organizes, executes and coordinates medium assignments with the overall responsibility for budget adherence, quality control and inter-discipline coordination.

Exposure to and familiarity of facility/utilities layout design, process layout, PFDs, and PIDs.
Minimum (8+) years experience with SSOE as a Designer or ten (10) years experience with former employer(s).
Experience with Piping and equipment utilities a plus.
AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor experience is required.
Associate degree or certification of completion of other post secondary training in engineering fields preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Benefits
Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
