Overview
Lead and coach plumbing technicians to ensure quality service and meet performance goals.

Tasks
-Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results. -Prepare and conduct quarterly performance reviews on assigned technicians. -Understand performance criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals. -Review and approve invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. -Ensure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented. -Update coaching sessions in Bamboo to track progress and development. -Monitoring labor -Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services. -Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business, including -Monitor performance of technicians through weekly ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching sessions. -Coach to the service system module to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring
-Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals. -Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment. -Ability to work in varied environments, including indoor and outdoor settings. -Residential plumbing or drains experience is a plus. -Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but proven successful experience in leadership may be considered in lieu of a degree. -Minimum of 1+ years in a leadership or management position with successful results. -Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. -Self-motivated with a flexible attitude and a strong work ethic. -Ability to stand for long periods while working. -Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. -Achieving sold hours -Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and decisive messages. -Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Applications and Internet browsers. -Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
