Update coaching sessions in Bamboo to track progress and development.
Monitoring labor
Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services.
Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business, including
Monitor performance of technicians through weekly ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Coach to the service system module to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
Ability to work in varied environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
Residential plumbing or drains experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but proven successful experience in leadership may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 1+ years in a leadership or management position with successful results.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Self-motivated with a flexible attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for long periods while working.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Achieving sold hours
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and decisive messages.
Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Applications and Internet browsers.
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
