Lead Primavera P6 training efforts for internal teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Communicate schedule status, concerns, and recommended adjustments directly with Project Managers and project teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Partner closely with Operations, Estimating, and Preconstruction to prepare baseline schedules, maintain progress updates, and support pursuit efforts.
Apply deep technical expertise and sound judgment to proactively identify risks, evaluate impacts, and recommend solutions to maintain project milestones.
Manage the P6 Enterprise environment, including licensing, administration, and system maintenance.
Monitor material availability, project progress, critical path activities, and other key factors that influence schedule performance.
Prepare and analyze Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and support delay-related schedule claims, ensuring documentation is accurate, defensible, and aligned with contract requirements.
Uphold and enforce established scheduling standards, protocols, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Lead the development, coordination, and management of detailed construction schedules for multiple projects across various stages.

Strong understanding of standard construction concepts, sequencing, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Five to eight years of progressive scheduling experience with a Commercial General Contractor, including responsibility for complex, multi-phase projects.
Ability to perform site visits to verify progress, collect field data, and support accurate schedule updates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software, including Primavera P6; experience with Planera and Timberline is a plus.
