Inside Services Sales Representative (ISSR)

Description

• Achieve Inside Sales annual goals and targets as a team player.
• Communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
• Sell installed‑base services offers and drive account business growth.
• Conduct platforming calls on assigned accounts using digital tools.
• Sell new offers, support lead generation, and prepare flow business quotations.
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Leverage internal resources to educate and support customers on Schneider offers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, or customer care.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile, adaptable, and focused on business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Self‑motivated; takes ownership of career goals and thinks creatively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.

Compensation for Ontario residents is a total‑target range of $85,000 to $100,000, based on performance, skills, experience and education.
