  • Foster strong relationships with divisions, vendors, and leadership to support alignment and satisfaction.
  • Develop vehicle replacement plans and support long-term strategic fleet planning.
  • Maintain fleet databases and user profiles; generate reports to monitor performance, compliance, and support stakeholder needs.
  • Lead or support initiatives to improve fleet efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide training, technical support, and mentorship to all company team members.
  • Oversee vehicle and forklift lifecycle processes, including registration, licensing, maintenance coordination, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Support the company’s Fleet Transportation Management System (TMS), coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure service alignment, performance tracking, and issue resolution. Analyze TMS and 3PL data to identify trends, improve service levels, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead fleet-related projects to successful outcomes.
  • Ensure all vehicles and equipment comply with applicable government regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage GPS tracking, Electronic Logging Device (ELD) programs, and maintenance reviews to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Monitor Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) for compliance and maintenance needs.
  • Assists with the process of in-fleeting and de-fleeting of commercial and passenger vehicles and forklifts including registration and licensing
