- Installs base flooring to meet high standards of fit and finish across modular units

- 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction, preferably with multifamily projects
- Skilled in flooring, baseboard installation, drywall finishing, and painting

- Comfortable using hand and power tools, working at heights, and navigating active construction sites.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within the Phoenix area
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
