The PDS Internship offers hands‑on experience working with project managers to produce presentations, budgets, playbooks and other deliverables. Interns support vendor management, RFP creation, scope development, finance reconciliation and act as project coordinators handling data entry, contract administration and PMWeb updates. Additional exposure includes space‑planning scenarios, data analysis, meeting note‑taking, schedule tracking and site‑visit reporting.
Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2‑3 years completed in Architecture, Construction Management, Business or Engineering. Required skills include strong written and verbal communication, independent thinking, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications. A proactive, energetic, detail‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
